[Simply Computers] Windows 7 DLL Error

 

HP Presario CQ61 411WM
AMD Sempron (tm) M120
RAM 2GB
64 bit
Windows 7 Premium

I booted up my notebook and got an error message.:
C:\User\THEDUN-1\AppData\Local\Temp\INSTAL-1.DLL. I have no idea as to what I need to do. I Googled it but could not find any information on what to do or what caused it. If someone could advise me it would be greatly appreciated.
