[Simply Computers] Virus and Back Blaze question

 


We subscribed to BackBlaze some time ago. We chose that particular backup
as it would backup my external hard drive as well.

We recently had a horrible virus that created several new disk drives and
changed BackBlaze from Drive M to Drive K. Needless to say, it won't
backup now at all. I've had contact with the BackBlaze people and they asked me
to update and that didn't work.

I'm convinced that it's all due to the virus.

Anyone have any ideas?
