My partner has had his windows 7 computer fixed after a virus however not very happy as the man who repaired it and cleared it took malware and AVG virus checker off!  Instead he put  K9 web protection and snagit also desktop gadget gallery.  We now cannot put any toolbars on google, the control T button doesn't work, control, alt and delete does! How do you put toolbars like edit etc on google.  Has he got enough protection etc on his computer?  We mentioned to the engineer we weren't keen on the change but he said we shouldn't have toolbar buttons as we can get viruses.  I look forward to your reply
