[Simply Computers] System Restore

 

I tried SR again in Safe mode - it worked. What does that mean? Should I always do it in Safe mode in the future?
When SR is done in Safe mode, is the result different from doing SR in the regular mode?
Since I took it back to a date 10 days ago, there are Windows updates and program installs that aren't there any more. Should I re-install these? If so, how should I do that? I would guess one at a time so I can see if any of them create any problems. What would I look for that would indicate this?
