Since I don't see anyone else around today, I will try to answer your question for you.
But first we need more information:
You say you got the OEM number from system information on the computer. Is this the same computer you are now trying to install Win 7 to? An OEM number (Original Equipment Manufaturer) is good typically only on the machine the Operating system came on> It is not a copy of the OS (Win 7) that can be just installed on any machine.
