You mentioned "sbc" so that would mean your email that you get from sbcglobal.net, which is now att again, I believe.
You also mentioned that you use Outlook (did you mean Outlook Express??), so you messages are probably not being stored on the sbc servers, unless you've changed your settings.
Just because someone is sending email to people on your contact lists does not mean that you are presently infected.
It's very easy for someone to change the setting in an email program that displays who the message is supposedly from.
You may have been hacked at one time, and they got a copy of your contact lists, or you may have sent a message to a bunch of people, and everyone that you sent it to say the email addresses of everybody else that you sent it to.
Be sure to change your sbc email password to something that is hard to guess.
Once people have a copy of your contacts, you can't get them back. The best you can do is better protect yourself in the future.
Also, make sure that you are not using an account with Administrator privileges in XP ... any malware that you pick up will have the same rights as the user you are logged in as.

Norton, Malwarebytes, SuperAntispyware scan and find nothing but people that are on my current and prior contact lists are getting emails with my header and my sbc address. This started on the 5th and I thought that after a Norton update it was cured but it is not. Your help appreciated.
