Hi Dorothy,

Hopefully we've answered your RAM question.

However, even though updating the RAM will make your computer run much better, it probably won't fix your "Not Responding" problem.

If you're getting "Windows Mail is not responding", then type this into a Google search:

windows mail is not responding vista

There are lots of suggestions as to how to fix this.

And regards to Ad Aware, you can stop using it, and you can uninstall it.

You should only be using your AVG and Malwarebytes free Antimalware program.
