[Simply Computers] No sound

 

Good morning all,
I am having a problem at the moment in as much as my sound has stopped working (no I have not muted anything - ALL sound has stopped) this happened after downloading some windows updates.
The advice I need please is how to access the windows updates on my computer and how to delete them please
